Artist Backstage — a tour

Every screen you'll use as a solo artist or manager running one roster. Scroll through to see exactly what's inside before you sign up.

7 screens · real product, no vaporware
01

Your Backstage home

The first thing you see after login. A list of your artists with quick status on each: release count, plan tier, trial days remaining. One click into any artist to start working.

  • Plan badge top-right shows your tier at a glance
  • Empty-state onboarding walks new accounts through creating their first artist
  • Session stays warm while your tab is open — no unexpected 419s

Capture the /backstage view right after login. Show at least 1–2 artist rows and the plan badge.
02

The Artist page

Everything about one artist on one screen. Name, slug, socials, photo, bio, platform links, recognitions (RIAA, awards, chart peaks), and the full release list. This is your control room.

  • Edit any field in place — Livewire saves as you tab out
  • Drag-and-drop artwork/photo uploads
  • Artist-level platform links (Spotify, Apple, Bandcamp, etc.) apply to every release

/backstage/artist/{id} — the artist detail page. Show the header with photo + platform links section.
03

The Release page

The hub for every song or project. Artwork, release date, track list, credits, distribution status, and smart-link preview all live here. Click any track to open the per-track editor.

  • Track list with inline title/duration/track-number editing
  • Platform links per release (can override artist-level)
  • Live smart-link preview button — see exactly what fans will see

/backstage/release/{id} — use a release with several tracks so the list is visible.
04

The Track Editor

Every track gets its own page. ISRC, ISWC, credits (writers, producers, performers), lyrics, liner notes, featured artists, audio preview. This is where your metadata lives before it leaves you.

  • ISRC + ISWC fields with format validation
  • Credits module supports role-based entries (writer, producer, engineer, performer…)
  • Lyrics field with liner-note formatting

/backstage/release/{id}/track/{id} — show at least the ISRC + credits area.
05

Smart Links (ReleaseLink)

One URL that works everywhere. Fans click it, the page detects their preferred DSP, and they land in Spotify, Apple, YouTube, wherever. No more "links in bio" chaos.

  • Clean URLs: rrdb.link/yourname/yourrelease
  • Per-track smart links for singles & features
  • Customizable layout, buttons, and analytics-free click tracking

Open a live smart link (/s/slug or rrdb.link URL) — show the buttons for each platform.
06

Your public Artist Page

A branded artist profile at rrdb.page/yourname. Releases, socials, EPK download, tour dates, the whole press-ready package. Share it instead of a Linktree.

  • Auto-generated from your backstage data — no second CMS
  • Public/unlisted/private visibility toggle
  • Built-in EPK PDF download for press and bookers

/artist/{slug} or rrdb.page/{slug} — the public view.
07

Tools & exports

Schema generator, platform-icon picker, batch downloaders. The unglamorous stuff that saves an hour per release.

  • Auto-generate JSON-LD schema for SEO
  • Bulk download artwork, metadata sheets, EPK PDFs
  • Platform icon picker with 40+ services indexed
